Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without approval of request from AERONORE. To initiate the return process, please contact us on the following:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • Return and refund is only possible in case of any defects in the product or if you have received the wrong product and we are unable to replace it with the correct one. 
  • Any returns and replacements are only possible if the tags and packaging of the product in question is not removed. We will not be able to accept any returns if the tags and packaging are removed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, you have the option to exchange it for any other product from our store. Returns are not accepted in this case.
  • Customer must submit picture/video proof of the fault when making the request for return.
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statements.
  • Contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take time for your refund to be posted.
  • If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@aeronore.com.

 

Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged watch to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned watches.
