Every order is normally shipped within 24 hours.
Normal Shipping time is 48 hours nationwide.
Shipping time may vary depending on the location.
All orders are shipped from Lahore, Pakistan.
Any change in shipping address or any other change may only be requested before the order is shipped. After the order is shipped, no change is allowed by the courier company

Returns and Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
Return and refund is only possible in case of any defects in the product or if you have received the wrong product and we are unable to replace it with the correct one.
Rs. 300 are charged for hand to hand replacement shipping.
Any returns and replacements are only possible if the tags and packing of the product in question is not removed. We will not be able to accept any returns if tags and packing are removed.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, you have the option to exchange it with any other product from our store. Returns are not excepted in this case.
We take guarantee of the quality of fabric and the stitching of the product.
Customer must submit picture/video proof of the fault when making the request for return.
Change of mind is not a valid reason
